Good Stay with Excellent Service

Our family enjoyed a good stay filled with nice moments. Early check-in came as a wonderful surprise! The staff were accommodating, arranged a seamless airport transfer and helping with our dinner plans. Don't miss the brunch on Sundays. It's amazing!

location is perfect....

noisy rooms, over priced, internet wifi is excluded and costs 19euro per day!!!!! breakfast very poor compared to price 49 euros.

thank you for a real good stay. it's gorgeous hotel and spacious, with top-class staff and stunning location near all luxury shopping. signature restaurant has appetising food choices. good service, the breakfast was absolutely superb and they have public parking if needed.

The art deco-inspired decor is beautifully executed with high quality furniture and fittings.

The front desk check-in was very slow as I had to complete all of the formalities despite having done an online check-in through Marriott's mobile application.

Our stay was fantastic, especially with the surprise birthday surprise in our room and the relaxing foot massage at the spa! The only downside was the check-in process took a while, but it didn't dampen our spirits. I'd totally recommend the amazing brunch—it's a must-try! 🎉

The concierge was super helpful in setting up a personalized tour for our kids. The location was excellent, right near top shopping spots, and the hotel was immaculately kept with beautiful decor.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available on site.

The location of the hotel stands out. The staff were very accommodating when I requested extra toiletries , which enhanced my comfort. I appreciated the elegant lobby and the friendly vibe it radiates upon entrance. I loved the vibrant atmosphere around the area, perfect for evening strolls with plenty of cafes nearby.

The location is ideal, and the lobby exudes elegance. The concierge provided really good service, assisting me with a unique situation regarding a lost wallet and ensuring its return. The check-in process could be more efficient, feeling somewhat drawn out. While the food offerings, particularly the tapas, were enjoyable, an expanded wine list would enhance the overall dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the fries-absolute legends! Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they were the perfect pairing with my steak from Le Relais de l'Entrecôte nearby. Plus, the doorman was an absolute gem-a true Parisian welcome. The ambiance around the hotel made it a cozy lodge after a full day of culinary adventures.

The check-in took forever, and the receptionist's keen interest felt more like an interrogation. Room lighting was a challenge-operating the old system was a whole puzzle! That tiny sink was tough for any morning routine, but still, we managed to find the charm amidst the quirks.
